Once you have purchased an installation package, you will be contacted by phone to set up an appointment and review the work that needs to be done. The installers will then survey your house personally to assure the installation is precise. When your installation is complete, you will receive a demonstration on how to use your new equipment or system and its components, and you will also sign-off on a customer satisfaction form that assures the installation was done to your liking (all labour is covered by a 90 day warranty).
